Supplies
- Paper plate
- Blue paint

Directions
- Paint the back of a paper plate blue and allow it to dry.
- Fold the plate slightly to create the whale’s rounded body.
- Cut a large tail from blue construction paper and glue it to the back.
- Cut a small flipper from blue paper and glue it underneath the body.
