Paper Plate Apple Craft to Pair With These Worksheets

A simple apple craft is a fun way to reinforce Letter A learning after completing the worksheets.

Supplies

  • Paper plate
  • Red construction paper
  • Green construction paper
  • Brown construction paper
  • Child-safe scissors
  • Glue
  • Pencil

Directions

  1. Paint or color the paper plate red, or cover it with red construction paper.
  2. Cut a small brown rectangle for the stem.
  3. Cut one or two green leaves.
  4. Glue the stem and leaves to the top of the apple.
  5. Let the craft dry completely.
  6. Display the finished apple while practicing words that begin with the Letter A.
