Christmas is a time for joy, family and of course presents. In the midst of all the good cheer, you may have forgotten to get your kids some coloring pages to keep them busy while they wait for Santa! Not only will it be a lot of fun, but it will also give you a chance to catch up with them and spend some time together. Here are some tips for throwing a great Christmas party.

1. Choose a festive location. Whether you host the party at your place or go somewhere else, make sure it looks and feels like Christmas.

2. Serve lots of food and drinks. You don’t want your guests to go hungry or thirsty, so make sure you have plenty of food and drinks for them to enjoy.

3. Play some festive music. You can’t have a Christmas party without some Christmas music, so make sure to get yourself a nice speaker or two.

4. Give everyone a small gift. Even though it’s not quite the holiday season yet, you can still give your guests little presents to thank them for coming out and celebrating with you.

Nothing puts you in the holiday spirit like watching some classic Christmas movies, so why not spend part of your time off doing just that? Chances are you haven’t seen them all, so go ahead and watch whatever sounds interesting to you. Here are just a few examples of what you can choose from.

Make some homemade Christmas decorations

One of the best ways to get into the holiday spirit is by decorating your house with festive Christmas décor. Luckily, you don’t have to go out and buy expensive store-bought items. Just make some yourself! It’s easy, so why not give it a try? Here are just a few ideas for what you can create.

Have a Christmas coloring contest

If decorating your house doesn’t sound like the kind of thing that would interest you, then why not try something else instead? For example, you can have a coloring contest.
